Welcome to Sewaverse.com, your service marketplace for connecting service providers ("Sewa Providers") with consumers ("Users").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use and access of the Sewaverse and related services, including mobile applications, websites, and tools (the "Platform"). By using or accessing the Platform, you are agreeing that you are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
- User: Any individual visiting or using the services through Sewaverse.
- Sewa Providers: Service providers offering and listing their services with Sewaverse.
- Content: Any video, text, images, reviews, and other material published or uploaded by Sewa Providers, users, or Sewaverse.
- Service Content: Content delivered on the Platform, including User Content, Sewa Provider Content, and Third-Party Content.
- Account: The sewa provider account or user account is required to utilize the services on the Platform.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be modified or updated by Sewaverse at any given point in time. Amendments become effective upon posting on the Platform, and utilization of the Platform is considered acceptance of new Terms. You are required to review these Terms from time to time.
Account Registration
The users and Sewa Providers must register an account for them to access the services on Sewaverse. You are bound to provide accurate and complete details at the time of registration and maintain your account credentials confidential.
Platform Services
Sewaverse is an online market place that brings together Sewa Providers and Users. Sewa Providers commit to offering services in accordance with these Terms, and Users commit to honoring the rights and Terms of Sewa Providers.
Intellectual Property
User Content: Users retain content they post but grant Sewaverse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content.
Platform Content: Sewaverse owns all Platform content, and users cannot reproduce or distribute the same without permission from Sewaverse.
Charges and Payments
- Service Fees: Sewaverse charges a service fee on transactions. The fees are disclosed during the transaction time.
- Payment Process: Payment is processed via Sewaverse's payment gateway, and off-platform transactions are against these Terms.
- Payment Gateways: Payment is done via third-party gateways authorized by Nepalese law, i.e., eSewa, FonePay, and Khalti.
Limitation of Liability
Sewaverse is not liable for the quality and safety of Sewa Providers' services. We are only a middleman between Users and Sewa Providers. You indemnify Sewaverse for any damages or claims that will be incurred through your use of the Platform.
Dispute Resolution
Internal Resolution: Parties can attempt to settle disputes through Sewaverse's internal conflict resolution mechanisms.
Governing Law: The Terms will be governed by the laws of Nepal, and any legal differences will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
